Many questions to ask/answer so we have compiled a few you may have for us on this page.
How can we find out about late breaking information from you?

Can you order a camp war eagle package for Recruitment?
Yes You can order any of the Camp War Eagle Specials and use the welcome basket/flowers during recruitment. It will still be orange & blue if ordering flowers.
Do we deliver to your daughter's room?
No one is allowed PAST the desk in your daughter's dorm. We leave all items there and text/phone her and tell her what has been delivered and where it's located.
Can you send the sorority gifts as a thank you?
No This isn't allowed by Auburn Panhellenic.
What are your hours?
They will vary. We stay late getting ready for parties and deliver on a early and late evening schedule. Just give us a call if you are in Auburn and want to come by the store.
How fast is your order processing?
As fast as we process them properly. We can usually do most orders unless specified on items same day. However we LOVE orders that are placed a day in advance. On Bid day no orders will be delivered until we can verify bids on the bid list at 10:00 a.m.
Do you get the Bid List early?
No it's the same chaotic time your daughter finds out. We do get the entire list so if you pre-order an item we double check the sorority bid.
When will Bid Day deliveries get delivered?
We try our very best in the past 2 decades to be as fast and efficient to get these out as bids are announced and thru out the day.
What if I Order the recruitment package #1 and she decides to drop?
The congrats package is changed over to a good luck/thinking of you bouquet in orange and blue. First week is super crazy week for those Freshmen girls and it's nice to get a pick me up the first week of school.
Do you have flowers for all sororities?
No If you wish to send flowers for a congrats we can do a mixed arrangment of gerbers/daisies/altromeria etc.
Can you order online?
Yes online orders during Recruitment are actually easier than over the phone due to heavy calling. However We try to answer everyone's questions to the fullest of our ablities.
What is the address we give for our daughter?
We use just the dorm name/room number and her telephone number in the ship to information. Please make sure you use Auburn, AL 36849 in the address info blocks.
Do you deliver off-campus?
Yes. If she lives in a large complex or one that has an office we can leave her goodies in the office of her complex or contact her personally to schedule a delivery time.
