Local Delivery Information
On most orders we can deliver them same day, however the world is not always perfect which means we occasionally have a hiccup with internet orders. For instance, if we don't receive all the information necessary to process your order we may have to put your order on hold until we receive you information. We do send you a confirmation email that we are processing your order and when it should be delivered.
Please NOTE: During high delivery times ( Recruitment, Halloween, Valentine's & some study times ) we may not be able to offer same day delivery on some items. We will always call or email you on a order. Game Day (football) orders must be ordered with a 2 day notice.
We have been offering online ordering for over a year now and we are a veri sign secure site. Our delivery forms do ask more than the standard order forms, i.e. messages for enclosure card, delivery date, receipent's name, address and phone number. Phone numbers are a must in case the delivery address is incorrect or they are not home at time of delivery.

If you don't know if it's the quad, hill or village it's ok can contact you if we have questions. Our dorms have street addresses but they are only good for GPS and mailing of packages not for local gift delivery. It has been the system for years to only use the building name and location ( Sasnett, the Hill)
We also ask for the persons telephone number we are delivering your items. This is so we can text or telephone them to let them know the item has been delivered and where to pick it up in the front lobby. This is required for all deliveries.
